本《用户协议》（以下简称"本协议"）是您与 NDPReforged（以下简称"本平台"）之间就申诉服务的使用所订立的具有法律约束力的协议。您在登录、使用本平台申诉服务前，请务必仔细阅读并充分理解本协议全部条款。您一旦完成登录或使用本平台任一申诉功能，即视为您已阅读并同意接受本协议全部条款的约束。
一、服务说明
本平台提供封禁申诉与查询服务。仅当您的游戏账号或 IP 地址已被列入封禁名单时，方可提交申诉。
二、用户责任
您应保证所提交信息的真实性、准确性及合法性，不得提交虚假、诽谤、侮辱、威胁或侵犯第三方合法权益的内容。如因您提供的信息不实导致的一切后果，由您自行承担。
三、内容审核
本平台有权依据法律法规及平台规则对您提交的申诉内容进行审核。若您提交的内容包含违禁词、攻击性语言或其他违规信息，本平台有权拒绝受理或驳回您的申诉。
四、隐私保护
本平台将依法保护您的个人信息，仅在为实现申诉服务所必需的范围内收集与使用您的联系方式等必要信息，不会向无关第三方披露。
五、免责声明
因不可抗力、网络故障、第三方服务异常等非本平台可控因素导致的申诉延迟或失败，本平台不承担相应责任。
六、协议变更
本平台有权根据业务需要对本协议进行修订，修订后的协议将及时在平台公布。您在协议修订后继续使用申诉服务，即视为同意修订后的条款。
七、法律适用与争议解决
本协议的解释、效力及争议解决均适用中华人民共和国法律。因本协议引起的争议，双方应友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方均可向本平台运营方所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。
This User Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legally binding agreement entered into between you and NDPReforged (the "Platform") regarding your use of the appeal services. Before logging in to or using any appeal function of the Platform, please read and fully understand all terms of this Agreement. By completing the login or using any appeal function of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement.
1. Service Description
The Platform provides ban appeal and inquiry services. An appeal may only be submitted when your game account or IP address has been placed on the ban list.
2. User Responsibilities
You shall ensure that the information you provide is authentic, accurate, and lawful. You may not submit content that is false, defamatory, insulting, threatening, or that infringes upon the lawful rights of third parties. You shall bear all consequences arising from any inaccurate information you provide.
3. Content Review
The Platform reserves the right to review the content you submit in accordance with applicable laws and platform rules. If your submission contains prohibited words, offensive language, or other non-compliant content, the Platform reserves the right to reject or dismiss your appeal.
4. Privacy Protection
The Platform will protect your personal information in accordance with the law. We only collect and use necessary information, such as your contact details, to the extent required to provide the appeal services, and will not disclose such information to unrelated third parties.
5. Disclaimer
The Platform shall not be liable for any delay or failure of appeals caused by force majeure, network failures, or abnormalities in third-party services beyond the Platform's control.
6. Amendment of the Agreement
The Platform reserves the right to amend this Agreement as business needs require. The revised Agreement will be published on the Platform in a timely manner. Your continued use of the appeal services after such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The interpretation, validity, and resolution of disputes under this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent court at the place where the Platform operator is located.
